An introduction of Firefox 3

Microsoft has been the leader in internet programming since many years, but the advent of Mozilla has given it a tough competition. Newer technologies are invented thus stiffing the competition between the two world leaders of internet programming. Firefox is the popular web browser of Mozilla. They have come up with the extended version i.e. Firefox 3. This improved version has better security and memory. After months of extensive research and testing this product is now in market for the consumer’s use. Earlier the company had discouraged people from shifting on from Firefox 2.

The company officials are terming Firefox 3 to be more stable and reliable version of web browser. By the end of June Mozilla is expected to release the final version of Firefox 3. It is said that it uses lesser computer memory than Firefox 2. According to mozilla officials following features might be the part of new firefox 3:

  • It would provide maintenance to remote bookmarks and history annotation. Installed permanent button of firefox to restart it.
  • Better features for Add-ons will be there which would include rational language, fewer steps for installation, more visible alerts on updation, etc.
  • Your files can be handled by web services by using firefox 3. An attached document can now be opened with Google or Writely documents.
  • It would offer support for Open ID and Microsoft CardSpace for security purpose.
  • Talkback of Google will be replaced by Airbag which is Google’s open source crash reporting tool.
