Larry Page and Sergey Brin-
these are the two great minds behind our Google Inc. Both of them have acquired their PhD’s from Stanford University. They first launched their website for Stanford with google.stanford.edu as their URL and later looking at its potential in 1997, they turned it to Google.com that we use so often now. Both of these geniuses are amongst 26th rank on the world’s richest people list of Forbes.

once again the Stanford University bright stars steals the show with their amazing master minds. These two great individuals are the proud creators of Yahoo! Inc. both of them were studying electrical engineering when they teamed up at Stanford. Yang began with the listing of the web pages on the internet with the name “Jerry’s Guide to the World Wide Web” which was later on made Yahoo! the initial URL of it was akebono.stanford.edu/yahoo.
Bill Gates-
the ever so popular Bill Gates require hardly any introduction for his contribution to the world of internet. He is the Third richest man in the world and a chairman and founder of Microsoft Company. Though this company was founded jointly by him and Paul Allen, Bill Gates has developed it much too far than that. he is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Apple Inc. Steven Paul along with Steve Wozniak created the first ever commercially successful PC in the 1970’s. It was he who saw the first commercial potential of the mouse driven GUI i.e. Graphical User Interface in the 1980’s.
