YouTube cofounder Steve Chen left YouTube months ago, but word only broke yesterday.

In November 2008, NewTeeVee reported that he was forming a startup incubator. But as VC-star Peter Thiel will tell you, that's "cushy" work.

So where is the man who earned $326.2 million when Google bought YouTube spending all his time now? Judging from his YouTube videos, on a task that has humbled many.
